HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances:

  1. if a concert/event is cancelled
  2. if a concert/event is postponed, and you are unable to attend the new scheduled date

Each situation will be dealt with individually.  If a refund for your event is approved by THE ROXY; after submitting your request, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received by our box office.

Please note that, for canceled events, no action is required to receive your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received by THE ROXY. In some instances, THE ROXY may give you the option to request a refund, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit. If that is the case, we will notify you of those options.

If the concert/event you have purchased tickets for is postponed, and you are unable to attend the new scheduled date, please fill out the form below.  Please allow 5 to 15 days for your funds to appear back in your account.
